SpeedSoft have released Release Candidate 3 of VSampler v3.0.

New in RC 3:

  • Increased maximum polyphony from 128 to 255 and maximum stackable layers from 6 to 16.
  • Added new streaming engine.
  • Added extra colour mark to instrument names.
  • Added "Limit Polyphony per Instrument" setting to Audio / Performance options menu, default 32.
  • Extended range for modulation "factor" to -8..8.
  • Added "Play" button to the "Samples" page. plays the raw waveform incl. sample offsets and loop.
  • Added new entry "Restore Zone(s) from original Sample" to "Sustain Loop" context menu of Sample Pool.
  • Added "Chord" feature.
  • Made VSampler General MIDI compatible.
  • Loads of bug fixes [View version history].
