Acoustica has released a Public Beta version of the next major version of its multitrack recording studio application Mixcraft 5. A summary of what's new is below - a PDF detailing these new features is available from the Mixcraft Beta page.

Please note that this is the first beta release and it will contain bugs. It can be installed on a machine with Mixcraft 4 and it will not interfere with Mixcraft 4.
