App Sound has released Synthetik Drums, a sample collection for the TRG-16 instrument of NanoStudio (iOS/Win/Mac).

Over 400 sounds, organized in 32 drum kits, were created with subtractive synthesis, FM synthesis as well as with physical modeling. Each drum kit is ready-to-use with 16 pads filled with kick and snare drums, hihats, cymbals, percussion and reverse effects. Most of the drum sounds are clean, without any effect processing, so you can realize your own mix.

There is a song project for a quick start and some demo grooves which can be imported as MIDI Files into NanoStudio's sequencer.

Synthetik Drums is a good starting point for producing hypnotic drums for Minimal House/Techno, Dance, Ambient, Electro, HipHop, Retro-Pop and other musical styles. All the 32 drum sets have the same bus routing: bus 1 is without any effect, bus 2 is for adding tempo delay while bus 3 works for reverb and filter effects. The user can reassign the samples and make their own concept inside TRG-16.
