AudioThing has released two new Kontakt format libraries, MilkShake and Wood.
MilkShake
Have you ever wondered how a milkshake would sound like, if you could sample it? Now you can with this pad/texture/mallet machine. The samples were carefully recorded using classic kitchen supplies and a juicy Waldorf microQ virtual analog synth.

Many wooden instruments are idiophones, instruments where the vibration of the material itself is the main source of the sound. Following this concept, Wood is a sample library made by sampling hits, collision or effects with wooden tools (sticks, claves, boards, drums, castanets, bowls and so on).
