Best Service have released Artist Grooves, a Native Instruments Intakt based sound module that features original drum grooves and fills from four of the world's best drummers: Simon Philips (Toto, Jeff Back, Who, Pete Townshend), Dennis Chambers (Santana, Steely Dan, John Mc Laughlin), Kenny Aronoff (Joe Cocker, Ricky Martin, Mick Jagger) and Mel Gaynor (Simple Minds, Tina Turner, Robert Palmer, Gary Moore).
Artist Grooves features a treasure trove of drumkits and cymbals including:
- Tama Drumkit
- Pearl Drumkit
- Yamaha Drumkit
- Paiste Cymbals
- Zildjian Custom Cymbals
- Zildjian K-Series Cymbals.
Each of the four drummers provides grooves and fills in the following tempos: 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160. Additionally you get single hihats, ride cymbals and kick & snare grooves.
Artist Grooves is available for Windows and OS X as a VST, DX and AU plug-in and costs 169 EUR / 112.95 GBP (Time+Space).
