Cableguys has announced the release of Curve 2, a major new version of the software synthesizer ideal for both experimentation and detailed tweaking thanks to its powerful waveform editor and large sound library.
You can feed Curve's oscillators, LFOs and envelopes with custom waveforms to create anything rhythmic, from wobbles to FX loops and evolving pads, and broad oscillator timbres from deep basses to shrill, aggressive snarls.
The large library will get you started, with presets by well-known preset designers such as Michael Kastrup, Pluginguru, Myagi, Xenos Soundworks, Soundsdevine, and hidden pearls from the Curve community.
A fully functional demo is available at: www.cableguys.de/download
Curve 2 is available for 32- and 64-bit Windows and Mac OS X in VST, AU and RTAS plug-in formats. It costs €99 / $129 until November 1, 2012, when the price will rise to €119 / $159.
