Main changes:

- 64-bit Windows binaries in DXi and VSTi formats.
- Stand-Alone Mode for x64 Windows.
- Real-Time and Off-Line independent playback quality selectors.
- New MIDI Learn functionality.
- Import MIDI file to Arpeggiator function.
- Optimized Arpeggiator Engine.
