D16 Group updates Sigmund to version 1.1 (including release of AAX plug-in format)

D16 Group has updated Sigmund flexible delay unit to version 1.1 and introduced AAX plug-in format for Sigmund. This update features also some additions and changes:

Additions:

• New Modulator types: Envelope and Peak Follower.
• Phase Shift parameter in LFO type modulator.
• Waveform Invert parameter in LFO type Modulator.
• Transient Detector as Modulator trigger source.
• Tap function for non-synced delay.
• Feedback Hold button.
• Quality settings.
• Configurable Delay Lines' Buffer length for controlling memory consumption.
• Default parameter automation map included.
• 116 new factory presets.
• New plug-in format: AAX.
• Added Apple digital signature for compatibility with Gatekeeper (Mac OS X).

Changes:

• Performance optimizations.
• Several minor issues and bugs fixed.
• Minor look and feel changes.
• Modulator re-triggering configuration moved from options to MOD GUI area.
• Fixed improper displaying fractional part of delay time values (Mac OS X).
• Sigmund is now AU MIDI Controller Effect (Mac OS X).

For existing users of Sigmund the update is free of charge.
