Changes:
- "mono" select a mode which is now with legato envelope but sample retriggers once every note.
- "legato" is an analog style mono mode for looped waveforms.
- New global display for all controls.
- FX Wizards, to recall macro presets for effects section only.
- Default skin updated + new skin by Branis included.
- Knobs behaviour is now "linear" by default.
- Manual updated as well.
Note: the free EVE ONE is still at version 1.0, it will be updated later this summer.
