EGP Audio has announced that Pedro, a virtual bass amplifier VST effect plug-in for Windows, is now available. It costs €40.

Pedro is a virtual bass amplifier best suited for the punk rock genre. The versatile design allows for a multitude of analogue-like sounds and plenty of gain.

Pedro also includes a built-in bass-optimized phaser unit for those modulated retro sounds popular in the 1980s.
