Exponential Audio has announced R2 and PhoenixVerb, two new high-quality reverb plug-ins.

R2 is an active reverberator, with chorus, gate and flexible equalization. It is targeted at mixers who seek a more noticeable effect and harkens back to popular reverbs of years past. It features an innovative keyword-based preset structure as well as processor efficiency.

PhoenixVerb is an easy-to-use neutral reverb appropriate for instrumental, vocal and post-production applications. It features an attractive user interface, flexible control, and the novel new preset organization method.

Pricing & Availability

Both plug-ins are cross-platform and multi-format, working both as 32- and 64-bit plugins. On OS X, the AU, VST, RTAS and AAX formats are supported. On Windows, the VST format is supported.

They will be available in late 2012 at a list price of $299 for R2 and $199 for PhoenixVerb.
