Changes:
- Added the XY-ChordRhythms example to the numer-all download.
- Fixed a bug in ParamMod where changes to the second 'voice' would affect the first set of param mod controls.
- Changed the behavior of the ParamMod module to preserve the minValue and maxValue settings when chaining presets.
- Fixed a crash that could happen when holding down the command key and choosing a MIDI input for an Audio Unit synthesizer.
- Fixed a bug that could cause problems when loading a Session that includes ParamMod and CcOut Modules
- Fixed a bug where the prefs dialog would not open under certain circumstances.
