Fsynthz has released Hoar, a free VSTi plug-in for Windows.
Hoar is a string-machine-type synth with bright and sharp sounding (up to 16x unison per voice) presets. It is designed for producing unusual synth-FX courtesy of modulated filtering with randomness and other stuff.
Features:
- Phrase arpeggiator/gate with hold.
- 4 stereo tools (used simultaneously).
- Compact GUI with balloon tool-tips on controls.
- CPU-friendly.
