J's MIDI tools have been updated (21-09-09).
Changes:
- Faster & fancier GUI (now uses OpenGL display lists for rendering the objects).
- VSync is now enabled by default (hoping to address the high CPU usage in some systems).
- Plug-ins now report themselves as synths with 2 (dummy) audio outputs, so that they can be directly used in hosts that don't support VST MIDI FX, but support MIDI output from a VST synth to another.
