Disperser uses all-pass filters to add different delay to different frequencies. It is designed to make novel sounds and be of value to any sound designer.
Disperser can also be used as a transient shaper, smearing the frequencies of sharp transients over time. Another useful feature is that it can decrease the "crest factor" of a signal, meaning that it will lower the peaks but keep the perceived volume the same, giving the user more headroom.
Disperser's user interface is designed to be easy to use with only three controls that gives the sound designer maximum control of the output.
