Changes:
- Free/Pro: Added channel clipping indicators to facilitate gain settings.
- Pro only: Added Setup screen for configuring plugin parameters:
- Change polyphony, from 1 to 128 voices.
- Enable/disable quality rendering.
- Customize number of VST stereo outputs, from 1 to 4.
- Set pitch bending range, from +/- 1 to 12 semitones.
