High-tech software educational community macProVideo.com has announced the launch of a new audio publication called MPVHub Audio Magazine. This new magazine for digital music makers is available in a high-quality print edition, and also as a digital quarterly magazine through Apple's Newsstand and Zinio.
MPVHub Audio Magazine aims to be one of the most content-rich magazines available for digital music makers. The print version can be purchased via annual subscriptions directly from the MPVHub.com website for $19.50 with free shipping anywhere in the world, or issue by issue for $4.99 at bookstores, pro audio stores, and newsstands across North America.
The cover star for the inaugural issue is keyboard legend Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater and Liquid Tension Experiment. The magazine itself boasts several gear reviews and industry pro interviews, along with over 20 tips & tricks articles written by industry-leading audio engineers, musicians, DJs and sound designers.
macProVideo.com say that launching the magazine is "just another part of their commitment to being a leading educator in the computer-based music scene". According to Martin Sitter, the Publisher of MPVHub Audio Magazine and CEO of macProVideo.com, "MPVHub Audio Magazine continues macProVideo.com's long tradition of publishing high-quality audio software education. We've assembled a team that includes some of the best authors in the world to write articles showing readers how to get the most out of today's hottest audio software."
Cover star Jordan Rudess says, "I've been a longtime macProVideo.com user, fan and trainer in their Tutorial-Videos. Providing musicians with on-the-go education is vital in such a fast-paced and mobile industry. When they told me they were launching a magazine and wanted me to be on their first cover, I was flattered and excited to be a part of it. Every electronic musician should get their hands on MPVHub Audio Magazine...and not just because I'm on the cover."
