macProVideo has announced that users of Logic Pro now have a new way to get in-depth with the program, via three new tutorial-video programs.

Logic 404: Mixing Electronica with Olav Basoski

The first release in macProVideo.com's new Pro-Mixing Series, "Logic 404: Mixing Electronica" provides two hours of mixing tips & tricks by electronic producer Olav Basoski. Olav is the founder of House labels Work Records, Samplitude Records, and Rootz Records. Drawing on over a decade of mixing experience, Olav shows viewers how to get that "big club sound".

Olav starts the tutorial with an arranged, but un-mixed song. In the following 2 hours of tutorial-videos, Olav walks you through the decisions he makes while mixing the song right in front of your eyes and ears.

Logic 305: WaveBurner with J.F. Brissette

WaveBurner is the often overlooked CD Mastering utility that comes with Logic Studio. In "Logic 305: WaveBurner" by J.F. Brissette, you'll learn how to properly compile and output your audio CDs. Issues like CDDA frames, index points, track names & CD text are all clearly explained in these tutorials.

J.F. Brissette is the musical director of Cirque Du Soliel's "O", and he's also a seasoned session artist that has played in bands across North America.

Logic 206: ES2 Exposed by Steve H.
