Madrona Labs has updated its software synthesizers Aalto, Kaivo and Virta. These updates for compatibility and performance fix glitches in certain DAWs and reduce CPU consumption significantly. The updates are free to existing customers and compatible with previous versions.
Changes:
- Reduced CPU use.
- Fixed dial display updates when changing number of voices.
- Fixed hanging notes problem with some hosts including FL Studio and REAPER.
- Fixed an issue with dial quantizing.
- Kaivo: fixed an issue where audio could freeze.
All instruments require Mac OS 10.7 or higher or Windows 7 or higher, and a VST or Audio Units host application.
