Changes since build 1680:
- Fixed problem importing certain .ins files.
- Cycling through available MIDI banks in MIDI track's properties dialog box now skips bank numbers not defined.
- Tree-like organization of plug-ins and instruments in the Effects Settings/Customize dialog box.
- Fixed excessive Cpu usage for the Compressor plug-in & low buffering settings.
- Fixed crash with M-Audio Delta WDM drivers clicking pause repeatedly caused crash.
- Fixed lock-up with Roland UA-20 & 25 USB MIDI devices & "Keep MIDI devices open" option when closing the program.
