Common changes:
- Fix LFO issues with incorrect waveforms selected when changing presets.
- Fix LFO initialisation bug.
- Fix Amp Gain problems with wheels , breath and aftertouch.
- Added preset renaming (click on LCD to rename).
Windows Only Changes:
- Fix memory leak.
- Fix Logic Project Load bug.
- Workaround for SONAR/wrapper Aftertouch problem (now ignores illegal data).
Mac Only Changes:
- Fix problem when sample rate set to 48kHz.
