Phasic has released a beta version of a new VST filter for Windows - PHEnvFilterVST.

PHEnvFilterVST is a resonant lo-pass/hi-pass filter whose cut-off follows the volume envelope of the input signal according to the the Follow, Attack, and Decay parameters. The Resonance band of the filter can also be fed through a Waveshaper for extra crunch.
