Changes:
- Loader can be directly used as a MIDI Tracker if used in combination with the latest Polac ASIO Waveout.
- It's possible to route MIDI from a VST directly to a MIDI-out device now.
- MIDI-out is synced to audio.
- A new track command 'Ornament'.
- Fixed a bug in combination with VstFileSelector.
