Primo Media has updated voxReducer to v1.2.1 and released bassPath, an Audio Unit plug-in that provides the most popular effects processing path for bass guitar or synth bass. bassPath includes distortion/overdrive, limiter, speaker cabinet emulator, Three band variable EQ, Chorus, and Delay. Custom user settings are supported, along with four factory settings.

bassPath allows the user to "dial in" a signature sound, using a single audio unit plug-in instead of a chain of multiple plug-ins.

bassPath costs $14.95 and is available as an Audio Unit for Mac OS X (PowerPC or Intel).
