Prodyon has announced the release of Phenome, an eight-part multi-timbral SoundFont Player VST instrument, and Polypitch, a "real-time audio pitchshifting synthesizer" VST effect plug-in. Both plug-ins are available for Windows. Phenome is free and Polypitch costs $29.99.
