Puremagnetik has released B-System XL, which is described as "the most comprehensive Buchla 200e sound library available today".
Bundling together 3 of Puremagnetik's all time best selling Micropaks, B-System XL captures this modern classic in a library of Percussives, Basses, Leads and Atmospheres. With 47 instrument presets and over 1GB of sampled recordings, B-System XL puts a $30k Buchla system right into the guts of your music production environment. B-System XL integrates seamlessly into Ableton Live, Kontakt and Logic.
Through April 15th, 2012, B-System XL is being offered at an introductory price of $19 (over 30% off).
B-System XL includes the following Puremagnetik Micropaks:
- B-System Percussives: Includes ten full 2 octave kits (over 650 individual samples) programmed with advanced Macro integration and effects mapping.
- B-System Basses & Leads: A collection of 20 advanced Instrument Racks of bass and lead content. The Ableton Live version also includes 30 looped Live Clips of preprogrammed material, each one tailored with effects racks and advanced Macro controls. The Kontakt and Logic versions come with 20 multi-sampled 200e instruments and a collection of Apple Loops that easily integrate and tempo-sync to the host. For Kontakt users, each instrument has been uniquely programmed with a custom KSP GUI for instant tweakability.
- B-System Atmospheres: B-System Atmospheres for Ableton Live contains a collection of 17 advanced Instrument Racks including 14 multi-sampled synth pads. The Live version also includes 3 textural arrays of expressive evolving atmospheres. The Kontakt and Logic versions come with 17 multi-sampled instruments that easily integrate into your chosen host. For Kontakt users, each instrument has been uniquely programmed with a custom KSP GUI for instant tweakability. Logic EXS instruments have been natively constructed from scratch to ensure maximum playability and expressiveness on each platform.
