S&C Development have released two Windows VST effects - Big Time and RTEAF, both of which are now included in S&C's plug-in bundle for $40 (with 4 VSTi + 15 VSTfx). Demo versions are available.

Big Time is a large "Transport Bar" plug-in that just shows the current time/song position, tempo and time signature.

RTEAF - Real Time Export Audio File - accepts an audio stream and writes its output to a WAV file in real-time.
