Simple-media has released a new VST pack for Windows which consists of two virtual analogue synths, Planetoid polysynth and Meteoroid monosynth, plus a collection of five complimentary effects (reverb, chorus, filter bank, phaser and ping-pong delay).

Simple-media says "The pack has a distinctly retro feel to it and was developed to recreate the warmth and power of late 70s and early 80s analogue synths. The main emphasis is on genuine ease of use, strong performance features and good quality sound".

Planetoid is a simple but powerful and flexible polyphonic virtual analogue synthesizer capable of producing sounds and effects suitable for virtually any purpose.

Meteoroid is a monophonic partner to Planetoid which features some differences such as different on-board effects and additional modulation controls.
