• Add Lock Button for QuickTime.
• Fix User Interface for setting the Movie Time Stamp - now in EDL window.
• Fix bug with Status Window being closed (and not locking).

CD Burning:

• Fix CD-Text and ISRC with Open Sessions.

Miscellaneous:

• Fixes for No Increment checkbox in Record Sound File.
• Add "EnablePure" flag to bypass all processing (except fades).
• Add "for EG" to the Manual DeClick commands (for Hot Keys).
