sonicLAB has released Cosmosƒ Saturn version2, a new version of its advanced stochastic synthesiser plugin.
The new version is the result of massive revision for higher precision and sonic quality. The highlights are:
- High precision event generation system (1ms micro event resolution guaranteed; below, things get blurred physically).
- Significantly optimised CPU usage.
- Optimised new morphing engine, now all the 4 morphing presents contribute with their oscillators simultaneously.
- Improved sound engine and structure.
- Fast graphics with true 2560x1440 resolution on retina displays.
- Numerous fixings regarding user reports.
Cosmosƒ v2.4 is deprecated and existing users can ask for an upgrade to Cosmosƒ Saturn v2.
It is free for registered users. Cosmosƒ FX also gains the version2 and comes bundled with Cosmosƒ Saturn v2. The bundle costs 200$. All pricing information can be found on sonicLAB website.
