Soundspectral has announced the release of version 2.0 of VocTuneX, an easy-to-use Automatic Pitch Correction VST effect plug-in for Windows.

Simply set the percentage of pitch correction between 0 and 100% and the amount of glitching allowed and your vocals will be automatically tuned to the right pitch. The pitch detection display provides visual control of the recognized note. 2x oversampling makes sure that the output quality is always at its best.

The current version of VocTuneX will only work with Western chromatic scales. In the future, if there is enough interest, Soundspectral will also include some Arab scales and other more exotic ones.

VocTuneX is available for Windows as a VST effect plug-in for $59 / €43 / £39.
