Spitfire samples rock history and releases "The Grange" for Kontakt & Kontakt Player with Intro Offer
Spitfire Audio has launched The Grange — its latest, sample-based virtual instrument for Native Instruments' Kontakt Player platform, capturing three legendary drummers recorded at one legendary location — at The NAMM Show 2015, January 22-25 in Anaheim, California.
The Grange is an exhaustively produced drum library recorded at Headley Grange, a former Victorian workhouse, now a private residence nestled in the heart of England's rural Hampshire, that has played host to some of the most influential Sixties and Seventies recording artists that this country has produced (including Bad Company, Fleetwood Mac, Genesis and Led Zeppelin).
The drummers recorded for The Grange:
- Chad Smith of The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
- Roger Taylor of Queen.
- Andy Gangadeen whose numerous percussive adventures include work with Massive Attack, Chase & Status, Rudimental and Labrinth.
Spitfire Audio is showcasing The Grange on a display designed to give everyone 'hands-on' experience of 'The Spitfire Way' in Hall E, Booth #6945 at The NAMM Show 2015, January 22-25 in Anaheim, California.
Pricing & Availability
The Grange can be purchased and downloaded directly from Spitfire Audio for an introductory price of £149.00 — rising to an RRP of £199.00 on February 5, 2015.
