Splurgo Audio has announced the release of two new sample packs, Darbuka Loops Pack 2 and Computer Sounds.
Darbuka Loops Pack 2 contains the most popular Middle Eastern 3/4 rhythms. The rhythms included are Abwanii, Daarij, Darj, Ghiita, Hazaj, Khalaas al awwal, Makhluf, Qantara, Quddaam, Shiishtosh, Tsamiko and Yuruk as-Samaa'ii. The sample pack contains 44 loops in 90 and 110 BPM (3/4 timing).
All files are available in Acid Pro WAV and Apple Garageband AIFF.
Darbuka Loops Pack 2 can be purchased for $5.95 here.
Computer Sounds relives the old Commodore 64 days with retro 8-bit like sounds. This pack contains 36 melodies. All loops are in the key of A and D at 120 and 140 BPM.
