The samples are organized into 50 Maschine Groups, each of which contains 4 for a total of 200 unique patterns, 50 Battery 3 kits and 28 EXS-24 drum bank instruments.
“We set out to make the best possible drums for modern electronic and urban styles, and went the full extra mile, both in terms of equipment used and in terms of attention to detail. Getting there involved 6 months of virtually *living* in the studio, a gear-list that reads like an audio-fanatic's wish-list, recording, editing and processing at 192kHz sampling rate, editing waveforms with a pencil tool and gallons of coffee. We even booked a mastering studio for choosing SRC and dither settings on a per-sample basis. If that sounds obsessive or nerdy to you: yes sir, guilty as charged!” - Denis Goekdag
