Tokyo Dawn Labs updates Kotelnikov Standard and Kotelnikov GE to v1.5.0

Tokyo Dawn Labs have updated both Kotelnikov and Kotelnikov GE to version 1.5.0.

Kotelnikov GE 1.5.0 - Changes:
