Tru-Urban has released Urban-Pro Guitars for Kontakt - a new electric guitar library tailored for R&B/Hip-Hop and soul style music production.

Urban-Pro Guitars for Kontakt features an exclusive selection of professionally played guitar phrases that have been mapped across the keyboard to provide a play-able instrument for over 160 urban guitar licks, chords, riffs, grooves and phrases. Urban-Pro Guitars is formatted for the full version of Kontakt. A Reason Refill and the .wav, .rex2, .akp file formats are also available.

Urban-Pro Guitars provides urban music producers and beat makers with a platform to emulate a real guitarist. Played by guitarists Steve Robinson and Steve Butler who have worked on projects with artists such as Jamie Foxx, R. Kelly and Queen Latifah, there is a wealth of professionally-played material for producers and beat makers to add to their tracks. Strategically mapped guitar phrases allow for "a highly creative workflow and almost endless melodic possibilities".

Professional guitar parts played in every key from A to G offer producers an easy, intuitive way of finding the right guitar part for their R&B, Hip Hop and Soul productions. The micro-tuner provides control over tuning for each individual sample mapped to the keyboard while the delay sequencer gives the producer the flexibility to create their own delay patterns. Producers can easily change the pitch and tuning to match the key of nearly any song.

Urban-Pro Guitars for Kontakt includes over 100 additional instrument patches with urban guitar effects added for both unique and those classic urban guitar textures.

Urban-Pro Guitars for Kontakt is now available at Tru-Urban.com for $49 / 37 €.
