Tweakbench updates ALL plug-ins

Tweakbench has updated all of their plug-ins and released Ritual. All known bugs have been fixed; all knobs have been changed to linear motion; all controls now respond to Ctrl-dragging for precision; and tooltips have been added to almost every control. Plug-in specific changes are detailed below.

Ritual, Tweakbench's entry for the KVR Developer Challenge, replaces Pressure. It is an analog style bass synthesizer with "several unique oscillators". It has a custom cascade filter system with feedback chain to add "analog warmth" and extensive modulation options via a 16 point modulation matrix.
