New features:
- You can now load/save programs from/to .fxp files.
- MME Wave device support has been sped up quite a bit.
- In SAVIHost, you can set the BPM rate communicated to the loaded effect/VSTi.
- The approximate CPU percentage spent in buffer processing is shown in the status bar.
