Whitebox has released NewModelOscillator, a free FM synth VST instrument plug-in for Windows.
NewModelOscillator is a 3 modulator FM synth with 8 dirty presets. Essentially an FX box with a synth inside, it uses a lot of delay to excite the ears.
Features:
- 4 Oscillators (one carrier wave, three modulator waves) with 7 waveforms each.
- 1 VCA envelope.
- Phase Modulation Depth and Portamento add to the creative options for sound generation.
- UD Reverb.
- Tweakable multitap delay by Ralph Gonzales.
