7th October 2005
Zero-G has announced Vocal Forge, a new plug-in Virtual Sound Module of Original Vocal Samples powered by a custom version of Native Instruments Intakt, which means it will be available for Windows and Mac OS X in VST, DX, AU, RTAS and stand-alone formats.

Vocal Forge was created by Mike Wilkie & Matthew Corbett (who produced the Sounds of the 70s VSTi) and features 800 patches and over 2,500 samples in 1.2 Gb of brand new material sourced entirely from pro vocal performances.

There are even a few wild cards such as Choral, Gothic and even Opera styles. Plus there is a vocal Toolbox loaded with single vocal lines, scratches, effected vocals, grunts & breaths, human beatbox & percussion grooves and fake TV and radio clips.

Vocal Forge is expected to be released during October 2005 and will costs US$199.95 / EU€169 / GB£114.95. A full patch list and demo MP3 are available.
