After more than two years of running, testing and tweaking the music processing service sonicAPI, zplane has announced that they will finish the beta phase in two weeks (April 27th).
New and existing users will get a one-time free contingent of 2.5 GB. The usable contingent can be increased by adding further contingents in different sizes. Users who use a paid contingent will have a few benefits, e.g. preferred task execution.
When switching to a full service, a new analysis task for detecting chords in audio files will also be added.
You can read the complete newsletter here.
During the next two weeks zplane will provide more detailed info at the sonicAPI homepage.
