Multiband StereoFaker uses a six bands filter to spread a mono signal to "fake" stereo signal, it has panning+LFO on every band so you can make dynamic effects, you can make slow and subtle changes as well as making extreme panning modulation, it works great on drumloops and strings and it works specially nice on synths.
