Since my first purchase of Music Studio six years ago, I haven't been disappointed with this product. I've upgraded to Acid Pro 7 since then, and the only complaints I have are regarding the continual crashing and the high CPU usage. Besides that, I wouldn't even want to use a different DAW, except Reason possibly. Acid Pro allows so many aspects of each project to easily and quickly be edited. The controls are so natural to get the hang of, and an interactive tutorial is always available to show how any particular process is completed. I don't have a MIDI controller yet, but I'm able to edit the MIDI automation simply by activating a specific envelope and adjusting the parameters with my mouse on the Soft Synth Property screen. I just enjoy the program a whole bunch!
