This VST plug-in was designed to be a "mastering" plug-in. It emulates an effect that is common on some old ADC (analog-to-digital converter) devices. This effect is called 'clock jitter' which arises when internal ADC's wordclock is not precise. Actually, it is unknown whether this plug-in is usable for sound production or not, but in some situations this 'clock jitter' noise can be applied rather productively.
