Combat Loop Drum Machine (CLDM) is a drum sample based Kontakt instrument wrapped around different sets of drum sounds, loops and noises, originally crafted and edited by DCSI.

CLDM comes with velocity sensitivity and the modwheel of your MIDI controller assigned to a kind of Power-Up flavour effect.

Sound Kits disposition on the keyboard:

  • Glitch Kit.
  • Clean Kit.
  • Power Kit.
  • Combat Loops & Variations.
  • Noise Kit.
  • Sequencer Keys.

With the controls on the main view you can build your own patterns using and assigning 12 different keys (from C6 to B6) to any of the sounds or loops among the ones available in the instruments.

The loops are optimized to be played at 80 BPM but you can change their speed depending on your needs.

A useful PDF manual explaining the GUI controls and the license agreement is included in the download.

CDLM Kontakt instrument was built with the Kontakt 5.3 version.

It has a VST version too available for free on the DCSI website.
