AFAIK, this synth has not been commercially available for some time.

I have it, but I don't know at all when I've got it and by which way. What is sure is that it was freeware, not payware. If it has been payware at its release it has not been for long! Anyway it's totally discontinued, as all the EVM synths. They were really good but they are all gone in the past. So if you want it... look at this post, I have uploaded all my EVM collection containing tons of his synths in a single zip file (even his most rare synths).
