Heavy Rock Drops

20 Heavy Rock Drum Multi-tracks recorded at The Garden Studios, London and mixed at Miloco The Engine Room. The album was recorded through a Vintage Neve 8026 console onto a Studer A80 MkIV 16 track 2" machine.

Microphones used:

• Kick Mics: D112 & NS10 Cone.
• Snare: Shure SM57s.
• Hi-Hat: KM84.
• Floor Tom: Eletrovoice RE20.
• Rack Toms: Sennheiser 421s.
• Overheads: Coles 4038.
• Ride Cymbal: AKG 451.
• China Crash: AKG 451.
• Dungeon ambient Microphone: AKG C12.

Drum Kits used:

Mapex Saturn Kit with a Mapex Saturn 22 inch Bass Drum/ Mapex Saturn 12" Rack Tom & 16" Floor Tom / Mapex Phosphor Hammered Bronze 14" Snare / Paiste Sound Edge 14" Hats / Paiste Dry Heavy 22'' ride / Paiste Twenty Metal China 18" / Paiste Twenty Metal Crash 18" / Paiste Twenty Custom Collection 19" Crash / Paiste Twenty Custom Collection 20" Crash.

The drum tracks are available to purchase as drum multi-tracks, drum stems or drum loops. The multi-tracks come with templates for Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, Reaper, Studio One and Ableton. An OMF file for easily importing into other DAW,a tempo map to sync up the MIDI gear and all the individual drum parts as 24-bit WAVs. The drum stems contain the individual drum mixes as 24-bit WAVs and a tempo map. The drum loops packs contain about 7 drum loops per drum track and are formatted as Apple loops, WAVs and Rex2 files for use in any sample software.
