Has this been updated or is it the same version from 5yrs ago?

As we can see they are the same versions: ff we click the download links here above in this present page, we arrive... simply at the Challenge 2009 page. And the page hasn't been updated as we see that the download links are the same:

In fact, it is probable that the developer has just realized that he had never created a page in the KVR Database, and he has just done it yesterday.
