The J74 StepSequencer64 J74 Groove Box is a collection of Max for Live / Ableton Live and standalone applications for creative beat programming and improvisation. It features a full-blown 64-step sequencer and includes, as an additional bonus, a programmable drum pattern-based box.
The set includes:
- A 64-step sequencer with modulation capabilities, fully integrated in Live's workflow (Max for Live license required).
- A multi pattern-based programmable Drum Machine for Ableton Live Drum Racks.
- A version of both devices as standalone MIDI applications (no licensing required in this case).
- A self contained plug-in host application with step sequencer (driving an AU or VST plugin) and integrated drum box (supporting audio samples). No extra license is required.
