MS processing is a powerful method to apply effects to an audio signal in a way that only the mid or the side components are affected. Many sound engineers use it in the traditional way with external equipment and some (mostly expensive) plugins have it built in.

Why not use this technique with the plugins you already own?

These tools will help you to do this. There are 3 plugins.

• LRtoMS - converts stereo to MS format.
• MStoLR - converts MS to stereo format.
• MSadjust - does the conversions described above and has a control to adjust the ratio between the mid (M) and the side (S) signal.
